Local elephants committed to Trump

At the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee meeting last night, Chairman Brent Regan told the local elephant herd that the central committee is the foundation of the national party. Therefore, Regan said, Donald Trump is the nominee of the national party and precinct captains must support him. Regan said, and I paraphrase from source reports, “it’s the hierarchy and we must obey.” In other news, state Rep. Kathy Sims wore a Trump T-shirt. And precinct committeeman Don Bradway said the committee was getting too many requests for Trump signs and there aren’t enough to fill the demand.
