Open carry rule reins in restaurant

OGDEN, Utah (AP) — An Ogden restaurant known for kilt-clad servers who openly carry firearms will have to keep them under wraps. The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reports that Sea Bears Ogden Fish House’s staff can only carry concealed weapons now that the eatery as relocated to the city’s historic Union Station.
