Gfeller to challenge Banducci

Greg Gfeller, a long-time Avista Utilities manager, will challenge controversial North Idaho College Trustee Todd Banducci in NIC’s new Zone 3 election. Gfeller, a long-time Avista Utilities operations director in North Idaho lives in Post Falls. Two years ago, he lost to Donald Cheatham in a three-way GOPrimary race for the Idaho Legislature.
