Odom faces court date

After a failed attempt at mediation, and almost two months of inactivity, a Coeur d’Alene man accused of shooting a pastor multiple times will be back in Kootenai County District Court this month. Kyle Odom, 30, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted on charges associated with the shooting of Pastor Tim Remington in the parking lot of The Altar Church in Coeur d’Alene on March 6. Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh told The Press Friday that a status conference in the case has been scheduled before Judge Timothy Van Valin on Dec. 15/ Keith Cousins , Coeur d’Alene Press.
