Petrino is Sun Belt coach of year

University of Idaho football coach Paul Petrino, who led the Vandals to an 8-4 record and their first bowl appearance since 2009, was voted the Sun Belt Conference coach of the year.

Junior defensive tackle Aikeem Coleman was selected as the Sun Belt newcomer of the year and senior kicker/punter Austin Rehkow was selected to the first team as a punter. He is also the second-team kicker.

Junior quarterback Matt Linehan, senior center Steven Matlock and senior defensive lineman Tueni Lupeamanu all made the second team. Coleman also is a second-team selection/ SR . More here .
