KHQ: Winter storm downgraded

Every day it has been something different with this approaching storm system. Forecast models have changed their minds several times. The latest update shows less snow than what we were expecting the last couple of days, and has the system arriving later (one of the reasons for the lower snow totals). As of right now the snow looks to start up in Spokane after 8 p.m. Thursday night. By Friday morning we could have between 1 to 2 inches of snow on the ground and pick up another 1 to 3 inches of snow throughout the day on Friday. All said, that bumps our range from the previous 4-7”, down to 2 to 5 inches of total snowfall through Friday/ KHQ . More here.
