When?

A typical North Idaho winter snowy day goes something like this — it will snow for a few hours and then all of a sudden it stops. I usually give it an hour more before I start the snow blower to clear the driveway and just right when I get done, it starts to snow again/Facebook Friend Eric Barro, of Coeur d’Alene, editor-in-chief of WTFashion.
