Wild Card/Monday — 12.12.16

My neighbor Gary wanted to know if I would rat myself out re: Mrs. O handling the snow shoveling chores at our place Saturday morning. He admitted that Mrs. O had embarrassed him into getting a shovel and starting his driveway sooner than he had wanted. I admit I drank coffee, read the morning paper and petted Huckleberry while Mrs. O shoveled the driveway and sidewalk. In my defense, Mrs. O likes the exercise. Also in my defense I shoveled the driveway and sidewalk Sunday night. Let he who is without sin cast the first brickbat. Here’s your Monday Wild Card …
