Would you rather deal with frigid cold, as we have in the Inland Northwest now, or the muggy heat that you find in the South and many other places in the dead of summer? I side with the cold, esp. if that means cooler summers. The cold has its problems. Dead car batteries. Broken pipes. Icy roads. But there are ways to deal with all three. In the heat, your escape is air conditioning, unless you have to go outside. What say you? Would you rather deal with frigid cold a few times each winter. Or muggy weather all summer?
