Suspended coach regrets actions

The Coeur d’Alene High varsity boys basketball coach whistled for three technical fouls in a game last week and serving a two-game suspension “expressed regret” to school administration and his team, the school’s principal said. Coach Kurt Lundblad drew three of the Vikings’ five technical fouls during a 71-47 loss at Lewiston on Jan. 22. He sat out Coeur d’Alene’s game at Missoula Big Sky the next night and won’t coach in a game tonight at Moscow. Both games during the suspensions are non-league/Brian Walker, Coeur d’Alene Press.
