Hump Day Wild Card — 2.3.16

I checked with Betsy Russell earlier this week to make sure that the Kootenai County delegation actually arrived for the 2016 Legislature. We’ve heard next to nothing from the usual suspects who grab headlines for clueless statements and votes on giant salamanders and mental health clinics, etc. I suspect Vito & Co. are keeping their heads down because they don’t want to provide fodder to use against them in their re-election campaigns this year. Gotta keep that great state-provided insurance while voting opposing Medicaid expansion. Now for today’s Wild Card …
