747: Purchase displaces residents … so?

From the SR.com Web site, 747 comments (RE: Hagadone buys troubled RV park, displacing low-income residents ): “The “progressives” and do-gooders will be outraged at the pending displacement of the current residents. They will demand “something” be done to help these people - with someone else’s money. How many of them will put THEIR money where THEIR mouths are, step up to the plate and help them out personally? Well, you already know the answer to that question. Charity and good works are little more than spectator sport for many people. They talk a good game while they demand others move the ball. Virtue by proxy is the order of the day.
