Labrador on prez overreach panel

Rep. Raúl Labrador, R-Idaho, has been named to the House Judiciary Committee’s Task Force on Executive Overreach. The task force was established by the committee on a voice vote Wednesday. The task force will study increased presidential and executive branch power and the impact it has on congressional oversight, lack of transparency in government and the constitutional requirement that the President faithfully execute the law.
