Payout carousel never stops

Is Spokane the most sued city in the country? It seems like the carousel never stops; just different riders on the payout express. This just seems to be a simple way to make taxpayers fund early retirements.

I have always been one for conspiracy theories, and this would make all the sense in the world. What a set-up. No one taking blame or claiming any wrongdoing. No charges filed. No chance of jail time. This would take mismanagement to new heights. Mismanagement is a form of our government. It’s something we allow politicians to do. Why should we allow such behavior?

It all just seems to be too convenient; just a bunch of hearsay and innuendos that leave the residents of this community wondering about the management of our local government, and paying once again for their mismanagement.

The Spokesman-Review seems to have done a fantastic job of making whatever happened or didn’t happen seem real enough to make it seem these people have a case, which could have been manipulated by those involved.

Mismanagement is the sign of our inability to find qualified people in the political cesspool. The only place bribery is considered legal. It’s called lobbying.
