Enviros blast Idaho wolf kills

Culling wolf populations with aerial shooting in the “Lolo Zone” of the Clearwater is causing more debate in Idaho. Friends of the Clearwater and other groups are critical of the Idaho Fish & Game Department for shooting the wolves from helicopters the past four years, claiming as many as 50 wolves have been destroyed in the state’s efforts to protect elk.
