Should Spokane Valley reject federal funds?
That includes federal Community Development Block Grants like the ones that could fund a $300,000 sidewalk on Blake Road or $70,000 worth of improvements at Carnhope Water District.
Pace is a strong advocate for lowering taxes and cutting city expenses. What do you think? Should Spokane Valley wean itself off federal funding? Is that even possible?
