State of the Blog: Page-views

During my State of the Blog speech at Blogfest 2016 Saturday, I mentioned that Huckleberries Online set a blog record of almost 2.8 million page-views, easily topping the previous best of the year before by around 150,000 page-views. Huckleberries Online is out to a better start this year. In 2015, a bench mark for a good day’s worth of page-views was 9,000-9,500. In February so far, the page-view total has been below 10,000 on a week day only once, Feb. 1. And it has been above 12,000 for the last five week days. All this, and I’ve been working an hour less per day this year, getting off at 5 o’clock instead of 6 p.m. So things are still hopping on Huckleberries Online as we enter our 13th year.
