Bravo to youth orchestra

The crescendo of applause emanating from the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox on Sunday evening was in recognition of our Spokane Youth Symphony Orchestra. The four divisions of highly dedicated young musicians brought the nearly sold out performance to its feet.

They performed arrangements that would challenge even the finest philharmonic in the land. The evening was appropriately titled “Passione,” and the members of the audience not only witnessed but felt the love these children have for their music.

We were able to enjoy the fruits of their endless hours of practice. The music was flawless. What a joy to see and hear our youth at their finest.
