Poll: McHugh right to seek death penalty

• Monday Poll: Prosecutor Barry McHugh received supermajority support from Hucks Nation for his decision to seek the death penalty in the May 5, 2015, slaying of Coeur d’Alene PD Sgt Greg Moore. 150 of 204 respondents (73.53%) agreed with the decision to seek the death penalty. Only 47 (23.04%) disagreed. 7 (3.43%) were undecided.
