ForineD asked in the comments section today if the date for Blogfest 2016 has been set. Funny thing? The Bard of Sherman Avenue and I were talking about that this morning. The Bard is still tracking for his big reveal at Blogfest 2016. My simple answer to FlorineD’s question? Yes. I contacted the Fort Ground Grill — and we’re on for another Blogfest. I’m looking at either Feb. 13 (which may be too close to Valentine’s Day) or Feb. 20. We’ll go with he latter. (I always pick a date that falls closest to Feb. 16, which will be the 12th blogiversary of HucksOnline). I suspect the fare will be the same as always: shredded beef sandwiches, beans, macaronia & cheese, and swell cookies. I’ll let you know when I decide on a date. I’m sure some of you will complain that you can’t make it on whichever date we pick. All I can say is … you never know when a particular Blogfest will be the last one. And, if you miss The Bard, it’s your fault.
