Limit large magazines

I am a bird hunter and own two shotguns of different calibers. These shotguns, like most, were made to hold five cartridges. However, the magazine has a manufacturer-provided plug that allows only two cartridges. With one in the chamber, a hunter has three shots available prior to reloading. This limitation is due to hunting laws that allow for the animals to have a better chance, and keep the flock from depletion.

Similarly, I find it ironic that we don’t have gun laws that disallow assault weapons and/or large magazines to provide a better chance for those in harm’s way, such as the children of Sandy Hook and students oLimit f Umpqua Community College.
