• 2:51 p.m. Possible Drowning — Huckleberries has learned that possible drowning at Falls Park was a training exercise for rescuers responding to a cold-water emergency. A Post Falls fire official told this blog that call was made as a real-life emergency to see how the rescuers responded. The rescuers didn’t learn that it was an exericse until arriving at the site.
