Wild Card/Tuesday — 1.19.16

Mrs. O & I enjoyed the Sunday brunch at the Davenport Hotel over the weekend. Pricey. But superb, too — champagne, valet service, giant shrimp, running chocolate for dipping fruit and all. I ate little before and little afterward that day. I wanted to savor the good food for the rest of the day. The setting, of course, is second to none. I miss the Sunday brunches at the old Patsy Clark’s restaurant. But the Davenport certainly holds its own in the brunch category. Do you have a favorite brunch?
