Terrorists, not militia

The group of people, led by Ammon and Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne, occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge are terrorists, not a militia.

As reported in the Oregonian on Jan. 13, some of these criminals have harassed the Harney County sheriff, his parents, a local church pastor and followed specific children to and from school. None of these people wish to be identified for fear of retaliation. However, they have filed complaints against the Bundy crowd.

The Bundy group is correct about one thing, the federal lands do belong to the people of the United States. You, all our citizens and I, own the refuge, the forests and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management holdings. Millions of us want it maintained as it is. Too much of our nation has already been given to special interests that have prevented the rest of us entering this land.

Finally, the Northern Paiute people have stated they would like the land returned to the original owner: them. So I have a question for these terrorists: What part of the Constitution is being violated?
