Block ISIS videos

I read with great interest the story touting the technology to filter pornographic websites. Why, I asked myself, don’t the web masters implement the same technology to filter ISIS propaganda videos? Other than folks who are thinking about joining the group, who will miss the videos?

Isn’t it easier to stop a major recruiting method than sending in American troops? Just wondering.
