An ideal time for disaster?

In the CDA Press comments section, hilltop opines in response to the “not real” article about an earthquake devastating the West Coast: “The best case scenario is if this happens in early January so the mountain passes are all totally blocked with rock and snow landslides. lf they do get through again… why do these people keep planning to bypass Spokane and eastern WA. and why does WA. keep wanting to export their own problems on to others?” More here .
