Wilson takes aim at gridlock

This year’s presidential election has shown that politics as usual is not the norm. If you voted for the non-traditional Republican or Democrat, you should take a look at Independent 5th Congressional District candidate Dave Wilson, who’s running for the seat that Cathy McMorris Rodgers has occupied since 2005.

Two years ago as a political novice, Dave received The Spokesman-Review’s endorsement and earned 16,000 votes to finish in third place in the primary. He has been working hard for the last year to place in second this time around.

The next president will need a Congress that is pragmatic, fiscally conservative and puts our national interests ahead of corporate agendas. This describes Dave Wilson, who is a successful self-made businessman.

Politics as usual can’t continue regardless of who is elected this year. End the gridlock and please vote for a thoughtful successful team builder, and let’s get things done.
