Idaho 4th best place for doctors

Idaho is ranked the No. 4 best place to practice medicine in the U.S., in a new ranking by the health care industry publication Medscape. Medscape’s ranking factored in Idaho’s oft-lauded quality of life. It also noted that while the cost of living is low and taxes are in the mid-range, the average physician makes $289,000. Idaho also has low malpractice payouts of “just $5.17 per capita in 2015,” according to Medscape/ Audrey Dutton , Idaho Statesman. More here.
