Chris Guggemos of Handshake Productions tells HucksOnline that the schedule for this summer’s free music concerts at city parks in Hayden and Coeur d’Alene and at Sherman Square Park will be up on Friday. Ruth Pratt and the Coeur d’Alene Big Band will launch the series at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at Hayden City Park. The second concert will feature the ‘80s rock ‘n roll band “Somebody’s Hero” at Coeur d’Alene City Park from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 3. The third concert will feature Master Class Big Band at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, at Sherman Square Park in downtown Coeur d’Alene. Chris tells Huckleberries that his company isn’t sponsoring Rathdrum concerts this year. Also, Chris tells Huckleberries that he’s having trouble with his Handshake Productions website — and doesn’t know when it’ll be available for public perusal of the season’s concert schedules.
