IFF’s Hoffman lashes back at Packer

Recently, state Rep. Kelley Packer, R-McCammon, mustered the nerve to take on the 900-pound gorilla in Idaho Republican politics, the Idaho Freedom Foundation. Packer described the Idaho Freedom Foundation in a Facebook post today as: “nothing more than bullies and their only tools are intimidation and fear.” What’s happening. IFF executive director Wayne Hoffman is attacking Packer with everything he has including a robo-call that is describing her as — wait for it — a “liberal.” You can hear the robo-call here. Hoffman, and the Idaho Freedom Foundation, of course, can’t allow any more of its lock-step minions to go rogue. In a Facebook post today, Packer said: ” If this isn’t bullying, then what is. Nothing in his 45 second report is accurate or factual…it’s all just his interpretation of what should and shouldn’t be. Keep it up Wayne and friends. I’m loving it! You lend credence to my observations.”
