Final 4 will back eventual nominee

After two hours of insults, policy disagreements and accusations, the Republican presidential candidates all said they would still support each other in a general election. Reprising a question from the first Republican debate in August, Mr. Baier asked the candidates if they would support Mr. Trump, the frontrunner, if he won the nomination. Mr. Rubio said he would, because he viewed the Democrats as a greater threat. Mr. Cruz said yes, “because I gave my word that I would.” Referring to Mr. Trump, Mr. Kasich admitted that “sometimes he makes it a little bit hard, but I will support whoever the Republican nominee is”/ New York Times .
