Zika defense prompts queries

Congratulations to Gerald Ray (“Control border for Zika,” Feb. 22) for coming up with a brilliant and well-researched plan to prevent Zika in the United States. I have two questions:

1. How high should the wall be to prevent the mosquitos from crossing our border?

2. How much of a tax increase does he think we should incur to build such a wall?
