Shooting suspect claims pastor is a ‘Martian’

The suspected shooter of a North Idaho pastor sent multiple packages to media organizations, the pastor’s family and others Tuesday that indicate that he’s struggling with mental illness. Kyle Odom, the alleged shooter of Coeur d’Alene Pastor Tim Remington, claimed the pastor was a martian and a member of “an ancient civilization from Mars” from a Facebook account associated with Odom. The writings also show that Odom may have been targeting another member of the Altar Church last Sunday. Police said the second church member and his family are safe.
