Spokane Valley city council meeting begins at 6 p.m.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. but is preceded by an executive session that begins at 4 p.m. The council is not expected to take any action after the executive session.

On the agenda is also reports on a tourism study and a retail study conducted by Spokane Valley, as well as department updates on public safety, parks and economic development.
