Most school levies on yesterday’s ballot passed, though some barely
Most of the focus was on the presidential primary, but yesterday’s election also had local school levies in various districts around the state, and Idaho Education News reports that most of them passed, adding up to nearly $31 million in supplemental and plant facility levies. But there were exceptions. A plant facilities levy in Kamiah went down to defeat. And in the Magic Valley, the costliest ballot measure of the night fell short of the needed two-thirds support.
