One other candidate for Kootenai County Commissioner District 3 slipped in under the wire Friday afternoon — an old buddy here at Huckleberries Online: Duane Rasmussen. Duane’s filing means a 4-way Republican race for the seat now held by Commissioner Dan Green. The other 3 are: Bob Bingham of Spirit Lake, Leslie Duncan of Hayden, and Fred Meckel of Rathdrum. Duane’s entry into the race should add interest for the Huckleberries Online crowd. He has taken many swell photos for this blog.
