Legislative District 2 races

In Legislative District 2, state Sen. Steve Vick, R-Dalton Gardens, gets a free ride to another two year term, since no one has filed against him on either the Republican or Democratic side. However, state Rep. Vito Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, will face challengers in the GOPrimary (Fritz Wiedenhoff) and the general election (Kathy Kahn). The other House District 4 race, for incumbent Rep. Eric Redman’s seat, features contested primaries for both parties.
