On the Waterfront

During today’s lunch walk, walking partner Greg Lee and I headed north of the Highway 95 bridge, where we encountered construction activity on Spokane River lots all the way to the road leading into Riverstone Pond. I was struck by the eclectic nature of the expensive homes as well as how close they are to one another. Also, I was amazed by how many more lots — water front and secondary — are for sale along the stretch. The river front lots have nice boat moorage on the river. And that’s how the other half lives.
