Bloomsday tripped up

How could an event like Bloomsday not have enough shirts after years like 2011 where 56,000 people showed up? Many people were disappointed because of mistakes like this. People pay their money to run/walk the race and expect a shirt at the finish. Race organizers need to be on the ball with this.
