Via Facebook, Kerri Thoreson reports: "Voter #13 at 10:30 a.m. in Precinct 24. Very low turnout so far but I did get a homemade chocolate chip cookie so there's that." Now, here's something that County Clerk Jim Brannon should require, homemade chocolate chip cookies at every polling place. That would boost voter turnout.
