Weekend Wild Card — 5.21-22.16

After a long but relatively satisfying week of covering the Idaho primaries and their aftermath, I’m looking forward to down time this weekend. I have two thirds of the garden planted. But there’s enough to do in the yard to fill a day, weather permitting. If it rains, I want to catch up on reading on my covered front porch. Nothing like reading with the rain coming down. I can choose from a compilation of Billy Collins poems, a Garrison Keillor reader, and a book of short stories by Stephen King. I’m good to go either way. I’ll see you back here Monday.
