The People for the Ethical Treatment for Animals – or PETA – has offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of whomever was responsible for shooting a cat in the head with a dart. The cat, named Red, survived the attack that happened on May 12. The dart narrowly missed his eye and brain. Thus far, Coeur d’Alene Police have been unable to determine who is responsible for shooting the cat/Tony Black, KREM 2. More here.
