At KREM 2, Lindsay Nadrich explains why police officials won’t identify 2nd suspect in murder of William “Bo” Kirk, 41, of Coeur d’Alene:

“Officials have not identified the second suspect who was arrested. That is because the suspect is being held in federal custody. The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office could not say where they are being held, but confirmed they are not in Kootenai County Jail. The U.S. Attorney handling the case said they do not comment on federal investigations and there was nothing she could release as of Monday.” More here.
