KREM wants Kirk case docs unsealed

There are still several unanswered questions Tuesday surrounding the murder of North Idaho father and hospital worker, Bo Kirk.

Some of the details about why the suspect, David Hutto, is accused of kidnapping and then shooting Kirk have been made public . However, several parts of the investigation are a mystery.

That is because Hutto’s case has been sealed by a North Idaho judge.

Wednesday, KREM 2 filed motions to learn the reason those documents were sealed in the first place, and to unseal the case file so we can learn the reasons behind the arrest of suspect Hutto/KREM 2. More here.
