Heather Scott supporter Doug Paterson wore his “lock her up” pin to the candidate’s forum at Sandpoint high school on Wednesday. Scott, who did not attend the forum is Idaho State Representative for District 1. SReporter Eli Frankovich and Photographer Kathy Plonka attended a candidates’ forum in Sandpoint this week to gauge the feelings of Legislative District 1 voters, especially about claims of harassment made against supporters of state Rep.
