Popeye’s eatery coming to Post Falls

A Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen eatery is under construction on the northeast corner of Highway 41 and Neufeld Lane (across from Wendy’s) in Post Falls. With completion planned for early spring, the 3,149-square-foot place will have inside seating for 62 customers and a drive-through. Owner is Norcal Cajun Foods of Concord, Calif., which also is building a Popeye’s in North Spokane. Popeye’s specializes in chicken, shrimp and fish dishes, sandwiches, sides and kids’ and family meals.
