Make it ‘pro-birth’

I am sick and tired of the “pro-life” issue. This situation should be called “pro-birth,” since after the birth of the child, this group of advocates wants to walk away from any of the responsibilities.

If the family wants to have a legal abortion due to incest, health of baby or mother, or any other personal reason and adoption is not their option, then legal abortion is their choice. If the government wants to override that choice, and force the birth of the child, then the government should be responsible for the child through age 21. This means all costs related to housing, nutrition, clothing, health care, education and other related cost for the care of the child. Thus, pro-life becomes a reasonable option.
