Highly-coveted safety commits to WSU
PULLMAN – Josh Talbott, a three-star safety from Long Beach, California, announced on Twitter that he will play football next year at Washington State.
Talbott reportedly chose the Cougars over prestigious programs like Florida, Oklahoma and Texas A&M.
