A nation bamboozled

I am deeply saddened that a man who has demonstrated such disrespect for women, minorities, the physically challenged, foreign countries and members of the military and their families has been elected to lead our great country. With pretentious rhetoric sprinkled with unattainable promises, he has bamboozled a portion of our populace into believing that he alone can solve our nation’s problems.

With this man as leader, I fear additional military actions, further degradation of our planet’s resources, soaring inflation, health care costs and the national debt, alienation of friendly nations, additional taxes burdening the middle class and added government intrusion in our lives.

It is a sad day for women and all the citizens of the United States.
