Clinton should be pardoned
Revenge may be a sweet thing but in this case it’s neither practical or pragmatic. Any attempt to give “justice” to Hillary Clinton for her “transgressions” is doomed to failure.
First, I don’t believe you could ever get a jury, where at least one person is not a die-hard HRC supporter, that would never vote to convict her. Second, if you are indeed attempting to “bring the country together” this is the best way to ensure it will never happen.
A pardon should be done very quickly. I believe this would get the “anger” out of the way from people who think HRC got away with it again and would slightly placate her supporters by not “rubbing salt in the wounds.”
This should be tied to major legislation, like infrastructure build out, as a way to refocus the sides in a different direction. But take heart, HRC haters; she is not getting off easy. The entire focus of her adult life has been shattered and repudiated. She will have to live with that for the rest of her life. That is far worse than any judicial sanction would be.
